These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 26bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://26bd.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment systems, and customer support facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing 26bd, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.2 Prohibited Account Uses

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 26bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered BDT payment method. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

All financial transactions on 26bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4.1 Deposits

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (09:00–23:00 BST) are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 26bd reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

26bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms and will result in all bonus balances being forfeited.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer's individual terms.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific free spin promotion.
• 26bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or in breach of any part of these Terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount awarded (not the deposit amount). Wagers placed on live casino games, slots, and sports betting all contribute toward wagering requirements, but contribution percentages may vary by game category. Void bets are refunded to the player's main balance at the original stake value.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

26bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 26bd will notify registered players via email (to the address on file) and/or via an in-platform notification at next login. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit an account closure request to [email protected] before the effective date of the changes.

10.1 Termination by 26bd

26bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.
• A commercially reasonable decision by 26bd to cease providing services to a particular market or demographic.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under dispute) will be refunded to the player's registered BDT payment method within 14 business days, unless the termination is related to suspected money laundering or fraud, in which case the balance may be held pending investigation.

10.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. Where a dispute arises concerning the meaning of a term, the English-language text shall be the reference version.
